Together\, we will honor three extraordinary Oceanside leaders whose dedication\, vision\, and generosity have profoundly enriched the cultural fabric of our city. \nWe proudly recognize: \nEileen Turk — former head of Oceanside Parks & Recreation\, longtime force behind Concerts in the Park\, Oceanside Ambassador\, and beloved emcee for countless local arts events. \nCJ DiMento — Oceanside’s Head Librarian\, member of the Oceanside Arts Commission\, and a driving force behind the successful campaign that established Oceanside’s Cultural Arts District. \nJoanne Tawfilis — UNESCO founder and director\, creator of the internationally renowned Art Miles Mural Project\, and founder of the UNESCO Center for Peace. \nProceeds from Women of Note VI support OCAF scholarships for higher arts education\, helping the next generation of artists pursue their creative dreams. \nCelebrate legacy.
