Celebrate the power of storytelling at Write On Oceanside! the city’s premier literary festival highlighting local authors and their work. The 24th annual event will take place Saturday, September 26, 2026, in and around the Oceanside Civic Center Community Rooms.

Organized by the Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation and the Oceanside Public Library, with support from the Friends of the Oceanside Public Library, this free community festival has grown into one of San Diego County’s largest literary fairs. Don’t miss this inspiring day of books, authors, and creativity in the heart of Oceanside.
